Examples of forming heavy and thin wall tube. Heavy wall is 2.5" OD x 0.180 wall with both ends formed into a hex while forming a thread on the ID, creating a turn-buckle. The thin wall is 2" OD x 0.049 with both ends formed into a square at 90 degrees to each other.
