History of Diversico Industries, Inc.
From a single swaging machine, one customer, a wife for a partner and a dream
by both to make a difference, Henry and Marie Fluth started Diversico
in 1960. Today, the company is the largest tube forming and specialty
swaging manufacturer in the Upper Midwest.
With a
background in running hardware and auto supply stores, plus design engineering
and manufacturing management experience, Fluth had the right combination
of skills and contacts to establish a foundation that would endure and
grow through three generations. The Fluth's had one additional, very
important element, nurtured with the help of their son Blaine who succeeded
them and now by their grandson, Brian who is Diversico's president.
And that is their faith.
"My dad founded Diversico on several cornerstone values built around faith,"
says Blaine Fluth. "Dad started Diversico so he could have a tool
through which he could serve God and people."
The Fluth's faith, their employees and their company have grown and made a difference.
From the start, Diversico worked for industry leaders such as Harley Davidson,
Graco, Delphi, CNH, Polaris and US Filter. The milestones accumulated through
the years -- new buildings, larger and faster machines, innovative fabricating
processes and most important more good employees with outstanding skills.
Through a commitment to quality and innovation, Diversico became and
continues to grow as an important part supplier on major aerospace,
defense, automotive, medical and commercial projects. Today, Diversico is ideally positioned to provide conventional and unique tube
fabricating solutions.
It is our commitment to you to be innovative in our approach to solving your tubular part needs. We are committed to the highest quality and aim for delighting you, not just satisfying you. Our team is ready to take on the challenge of your fabricating needs. |
