Tube capabilities
Almost any range in size to fit your needs. Typical tube length is determined by the application but ranges in lengths from 1" to 15'. Diameters from 1/8" to 16". Please challenge us with your desired specifications.

Processes
Proprietary custom forming, Rotary swaging, end forming, bending. Secondary operations such as splining, drilling, punching, machining and finishing.

Part characteristics
Transitions from round to square, tapers, expansions, reductions, reshaping, flaring, beading, weldless assemblies, heavy and thin wall, mating components, slip fits, reinforced tubes inside of tubes.

Materials formed
Range from Aluminum to Zirconium and almost everything in between.
